HOW TO MEASURE YOUR PD

WHAT IS PD?

Pupillary distance “PD” is the distance from the center of one pupil to the center of the other. This distance between pupils is an important number used in the making of all eyeglasses.

Your PD can be measured at home very easily with a millimeter ruler. If you don’t have a ruler you can print the ruler on this page. You can measure the PD  yourself in front of a mirror, or a friend can also assist you if needed.
